OtterButter offers the following subscription plans:
Free -- $0/month. 10 AI summaries, 20 alert classifications per month, 1 Grafana instance.
Everyday Otter -- $9.99 USD/month. 100 AI summaries, 200 alert classifications per month, unlimited Grafana instances.
Uber Otter -- $17.99 USD/month. Unlimited AI summaries, unlimited alert classifications, unlimited Grafana instances, priority support.
All paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on a recurring basis via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices are in US Dollars (USD).
The Free plan is available indefinitely with limited features. No credit card is required for the Free plan. You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app (Settings > Account & Billing > Manage Subscription) or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Because OtterButter provides digital services that are consumed immediately (AI-powered analysis of your monitoring data), we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees already charged.
However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
(a) You were charged after cancelling your subscription due to a billing error.
(b) You were unable to use the Service due to a prolonged outage or technical issue on our side.
(c) You were charged for a plan upgrade you did not authorize.
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. Include your account email and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew each month on the anniversary of your subscription start date. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the beginning of each billing period. We will not provide additional notice before renewal unless the price has changed.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If we change the price of your plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email or through the application. The new price will apply at the start of your next billing period after the notice period. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
You may downgrade your plan at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remainder of the current period. Upon downgrade, your usage limits will be adjusted to match the new plan.
If you delete your account, any active subscription will be cancelled immediately. No refund will be issued for the remaining time in the current billing period.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). By subscribing and using the Service, you acknowledge that the digital content is provided immediately and you consent to waive your right of withdrawal for services already rendered. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU or Dutch law.
